You can only hold onto your patience for so long before you walk out of your workplace, never to return. 

When workers quit on the spot, it’s rarely over a single incident. Usually, there’s been a pattern of managers not listening to them, customers saying anything they want to them and getting away with it, and sometimes the long hours of the job really take a toll, too. Not to mention that a lot of managers seem to think their employees have no life outside of work, and that they should be dropping everything at a moment’s notice to take on someone else’s shift.
