I know, I know, gossiping is a bad habit. But in some ways, it’s perhaps good for the soul. Maybe it’s good for your team’s morale to know why so-and-so doesn’t get along with the boss. Hearing a really amazing backstory as to why someone else no longer works at your company can make your whole day.
