Not only did this woman fully ignore her husband and quit her job to become a stay-at-home mother, but she didn’t even tell him properly! He found out on his own by sifting through all the farewell gifts she received from coworkers at their home. Well, that’s what set him off and caused him to leave their home abruptly. While we hope they work something out soon for the sake of their kids, we do not believe this man should return to his wife until she acknowledges the gravity of this betrayal. Making your partner the sole breadwinner without warning is a massive responsibility that deserves discussion and mutual agreement beforehand. If she cannot see that what she did was wrong, then she is a selfish partner and is not doing this for the benefit of the family at large. She is doing this for herself!
