6 months of ‘model behavior’ is ignored after employee is 8 minutes late, boss takes away her breaks for the day so she leaves for lunch and never returns: ‘I clocked out and went “to the deli”… I quit.’ – FAIL Blog

Her boss forbade her from taking any breaks, actually. Now that sounds illegal to us…. But an entitled boss is going to do whatever they want. However, she was able to convince him to at least let her run out to grab a snack of sorts to eat later so she doesn’t crash during her shift. He reluctantly allowed it but said he was going to doc her pay for 30 minutes. 

This was truly the end of this employee’s rope. So instead of rushing to get a snack and then back to work, she simply never returned. He kept calling her and calling her, but she didn’t answer. Finally, two hours later she answered and simply told him that she would not be returning because she quit. 

If you’re going to act like an entitled boss who has no respect or empathy for their employees, then be prepared for your employees to quit with no respect or empathy for you. That’s just how karma works, bestie.
