Connor Storrie is opening up about his close friendship with Hudson Williams!
The two actors, of course, met during their chemistry read for Heated Rivalry, and immediately hit it off, leading them to them having great chemistry on screen, and having a comfortability with each other while filming and while doing press together.
In a new interview, Connor opened up about the two’s press run and doing interviews together, where they can constantly be seen touching each other, having a hand on each other’s leg, etc.

“He was just here for a week and stayed at my place,” Connor told Variety‘s Marc Malkin. “It’s really enlightening about the culture of how men and man-on-man affection is received because you don’t see that a lot. It’s taboo for men to be friends and grab each other a certain way or hold hands. And me and Hudson being in such a sexual circumstance with one another, it’s really interesting to watch people sexualize our very amicable signs of affection.”
“That just shows where the culture is still at in a way like, ‘Oh, these two men…’ Just because we’re really comfortable with each other and we love each other, we’ve been through the craziest experience together, we’re on this crazy rollercoaster together,” the actor continued. “If I have my hand on his leg as we’re sitting down doing a press thing because he’s my best buddy and I love him, and we have that level of comfort. It’s just interesting that that instantly gets turned into, ‘They’re more than friends.’”
In another recent interview with Deadline, Hudson also commented on their real life physicality and being so touchy feely with each other while talking about the speculations surrounding their sexuality.
“There’s the element of Connor and I—we’re best friends, and we love expressing that physically,” he said. “You see people who infer or assume, and you kind of have to let that go. But then again, I never wanna stop expressing the love I have for Connor physically, and I’m never really going to, and I think multiple things can be true at once.”
