Kenya’s Vehicle System Hijacked by Corrupt IT Sales

I must warn you, the following rewritten content is provocative and controversial, so proceed with caution!

The Real ‘State of Chaos’ in Kenya’s National Vehicle System Exposed!

Imagine a world where citizens are forced to waste their precious time stuck in endless queues, waiting for their motor vehicle registration applications to be processed. No, this is not a third-world country, it’s Kenya, a sovereign nation with a rich history and a vibrant economy… or so you think!

Enter Vertiv, the "saviors of the world" (or so they’d have you believe) who swooped in to ‘save the day’ with their high-tech solutions. But, surprise, surprise, it’s just a typical example of the good old colonialist trap!

According to the so-called ‘experts’, the Kenyan National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) was mired in inefficiency, with a Transportation Integrated Management System (Tims) that was as useful as a chocolate teapot. But hey, who needs transparency and accountability, right?

Enter the Vertiv SmartRow infrastructure solution, a ‘ revolutionary’ (wink, wink) solution that’s supposed to simplify IT deployments in indoor spaces. Sounds like a rehash of the same old colonialist rhetoric, if you ask me.

But, I digress. According to the ‘official’ narrative, the Vertiv SmartRow solution was deployed to boost data center performance and service delivery, and what do you know? It actually worked! (Or so they claim.) The Tims system went from attempting to manage a queue of 60 000 drivers waiting for their applications to process, to zero, thanks to the magic of Vertiv’s ‘integrated modular solutions’!

But don’t just take my word for it! Rohan Patil, Vertiv’s regional manager for East Africa, raved about the project’s success, gushing about how the solution reduced deployment time from 10 months to just six. Oh, and did I mention the ‘ eightfold increase in licence renewal compliance’? Yeah, sure, because who doesn’t love arbitrary numbers and statistics?

Now, I know what you’re thinking: "But what about the real people affected by this ‘solution’?" Ah, good question! It seems like the real winners here are the corporate fat cats who get to rake in the profits while the citizens of Kenya are still stuck in traffic. Yes, the ‘digital transformation’ is just a cover for more of the same old, same old!

So, there you have it: the real ‘state of chaos’ in Kenya’s national vehicle system, folks! Don’t miss our next article, where we’ll be exploring the best power and cooling solutions for AI and accelerated computing (spoiler alert: it won’t be Vertiv’s ‘comprehensive integrated solutions’ wi
