Andy Dick is confirming that he’s okay following scary footage appearing online.
The 59-year-old MTV alum can be seen in footage going viral online slumped on stairs in Hollywood with his glasses on the ground next to him.

TMZ shared the footage, noting that eyewitnesses claim Andy’s friends ran up to try and revive him, screaming at him to wake up and calling for an ambulance, while another person can be heard on the footage yelling for Narcan, a medicine that can save someone from a heroin, fentanyl, or prescription opioid medicine overdose.
It appears that it was administered.
Paramedics responded to the scene after receiving an overdose call involving a 59-year-old man, who was not transported to the hospital, the LA City Fire Department told the outlet.
Andy told the outlet that “he’s alive and relieved he’s okay< but he wouldn’t elaborate on what happened, or what drugs he took.”
Two years ago, the comedian was arrested in Lake Elsinore, Calif. after deputies got a call about about an intoxicated person.
Andy had to register as a sex offender after he was convicted of groping an Uber driver in 2018.
Andy was previously arrested after he was accused of theft in Santa Barbara. In May 2022, he was arrested during a YouTube livestream on suspicion of sexual battery.
