CONSUMERISM HAS REACHED ITS PEAK ABSURDITY: Americans are now being CONNED into spending HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on SPECIALIZED BOXES just to store plastic junk they use for ONE MONTH a year. This isn’t about organization—it’s a CRIPPLING addiction to consumption, wrapped in festive paper.
Forget the memory-making magic. The TRUE holiday spirit is now a SHAMELESS cash grab, with corporations pushing $330 ornament coffins and $400 tree body bags onto desperate families drowning in clutter THEY CREATED. This is a SYMPTOM of a sick society, where the pursuit of a “perfect” holiday is measured in plastic bins and credit card debt.
These “deals” are a TRAP. The junk piles up, the storage industry laughs all the way to the bank, and your garage becomes a museum of seasonal waste. We are literally paying to hide the evidence of our own gluttony.
Is this what the holidays have become? A cycle of buy, display, pack away in specialized containers, and repeat until your home and soul are buried in labeled plastic? The final, haunting question remains: are we storing decorations, or are we sealing away the empty hollow core of modern celebration itself?
