THE ANC IS DEAD. INSIDERS ADMIT THE PARTY IS A HOLLOWED-OUT SHELL, BEYOND ANY SAVIOR.

Forget new leaders. Forget old heroes. The African National Congress is a corpse, rotting from the inside out, and analysts are screaming that NO SINGLE LEADER—not billionaire Patrice Motsepe, not former president Thabo Mbeki—can pull it from the grave.

This is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE.

The problem isn’t who sits at the top. It’s the CANCER of corruption, incompetence, and pure greed that has eaten through every level of the party. “The rot is too deep,” warns independent researcher Dominic Maphaka. He says even if Motsepe became president, he’d just be “THE FACE OF A PROBLEMATIC SYSTEM.” Voters know it. They see the failed municipalities, the stolen money, the broken promises. The contract with the people is TERMINATED.

Who benefits from this decay? The corrupt networks thriving in the shadows. Who stays silent? Those too comfortable or too compromised to speak up. Political analyst Prof Ntsikelelo Breakfast states the brand is destroyed. “It would really take years for the ANC to be resuscitated… a major shake-up.” But that shake-up isn’t coming from the top. It’s a fantasy.

Motsepe’s own name is being pushed by factions printing “PM27” T-shirts, a desperate gambit by a dying machine. But experts warn he cannot win a national election. His ties to big business and to President Cyril Ramaphosa—his brother-in-law—ERODE his chances. He would only “maintain the status quo.”

The ANC’s liberation credibility is GONE, replaced by a legacy of bribery, nepotism, and theft. The romanticism of the past is dead. Young people want to move on.

Now, the vultures circle. Deputy president Paul Mashatile, secretary-general Fikile Mbalula, and others are already positioning for the coming fight over the carcass. It’s a race for the throne of a ruined kingdom.

The party that freed a nation is now a prison for its own people, and the guards are fighting for the keys.
