BRUTAL ASSAULT ON THE FIELD: The VERY SOUL of college football was MURDERED in plain sight Monday night as Miami Hurricanes defender Jakobe Thomas launched a VICIOUS, ILLEGAL hit on Indiana’s Heisman-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza—and the corrupt officiating crew simply LOOKED THE OTHER WAY. This wasn’t football; this was a PRE-MEDITATED ATTACK that left the nation’s best player BLEEDING ON THE TURF while the so-called “authorities” in stripes IGNORED the BLATANT targeting.
In a SHOCKING display of negligence, the officials failed to eject Thomas for a hit that CLEARLY used the crown of the helmet, a move BANNED from the sport for player safety. This GLARING omission exposes a DEEPER CANCER within the system: are games now being RIGGED for drama and television ratings at the expense of young men’s lives? The blood on Mendoza’s lip is a STAIN on the entire sport.

This SCANDAL is part of a DISTURBING PATTERN. Mendoza has been violently leveled multiple times this season, raising the terrifying question: are coaches and leagues SACRIFICING their star players for the sake of victory? The “warrior” narrative is a LIE used to cover up a culture of BRUTALITY where rules are mere suggestions. The league’s silence on this non-call is a DE FACTO endorsement of on-field violence.

While Indiana marched on to a lead, the DAMAGE WAS DONE. The integrity of the national championship itself is now UNDER A DARK CLOUD of suspicion. What are we really watching? A sport, or a sanctioned bloodsport where the rules are selectively enforced to engineer the most profitable outcome?
