Cell C’s Desperate Attempt to Stay Relevant: MVNOs to the Rescue?

In a last-ditch effort to stay afloat in the cutthroat South African mobile market, Cell C is pinning its hopes on a new strategy: partnering with Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNOs). But is this a desperate attempt to cling to relevance, or a clever move to disrupt the status quo?
