$2 is so cheap for the cost of petty revenge. We would spend at least a hundred times more of that if it meant getting back at an incompetent manager. Do you know how many of those are out there? If you have ever had multiple jobs in the workforce, then you know, it’s many… Too many! So, yes, we would have done the same thing for $2. Maybe even spent another several bucks to get to-go coffees for the entire staff. Luckily, this manager learned their lesson that day and stopped hounding their employees, simply for wanting a to-go cup of coffee. Coffee is coffee, dangit!
