Meal prepping is a good way to eat great food for 2 days, and then eat dreadful leftovers for another several days after that. Some folks don’t mind it, though! They’ll happily eat the same lunch, cooked on Sunday, all the way through until Friday. This does save time and money… you just have to have a strong enough stomach to handle real leftovers.
This person shared that she has taken to making multiple days’ worth of rice or pasta, then labeling them, then leaving them all in the office fridge. And now her coworker is eating them, because I guess he thinks that she’s bringing enough to share (which, she kind of is!). My question is: Why are you bringing in more than one day’s worth of lunch at a time? Wouldn’t that be a better deterrent?
Read this story, then tell me if I’m wrong for thinking that she could pretty easily solve this problem…
