THE U.S. GOVERNMENT is preparing to unleash a RADICAL and UNTESTED nuclear scheme, gambling with the safety of American communities to fuel a desperate political agenda. In a shocking move set for announcement Wednesday, the Department of Energy will invite states to bid for so-called “Nuclear Lifecycle Innovation Campuses”—massive, centralized hubs that would house EVERY stage of the nuclear fuel chain, from enrichment to the RECYCLING of deadly radioactive waste.

This is NOT just about energy. This is a brazen attempt to resurrect the nuclear industry’s most DANGEROUS dream: reprocessing spent fuel rods, a process long abandoned in the U.S. due to proliferation risks and environmental nightmares. Officials admit this plan is designed to circumvent the stalled Yucca Mountain repository, meaning this HIGHLY TOXIC waste could be permanently stored—and reprocessed—in YOUR backyard.

Driven by the INSATIABLE power demands of AI data centers and backed by a Trump administration hell-bent on deregulation, these “campuses” are being sold as a $50 billion economic miracle. Energy Secretary Chris Wright has vowed to see “dozens of nuclear plants under construction” before leaving office, exposing the TRUE motive: a reckless sprint for political legacy, with communities as the testing ground.

The administration is already funneling BILLIONS to corporations like Centrus, whose Ohio plant has yet to operate commercially, proving this is a corporate handout disguised as policy. We are surrendering our energy future to an industry dependent on foreign uranium, while creating centralized targets for catastrophe and proliferating materials that could fall into the wrong hands.

America is being asked to sleepwalk into a radioactive future where profit and power trump every precaution. The question is no longer if we can handle this technology, but if we can survive the ambition of the men controlling it.
