If I were this neighbor, I would sure be happy that the surveyor at least shut this guy up, and now I’m not being bothered. However, now you know that you are entitled to more of your land, and this entitled neighbor is getting away with taking that from you. That’s not okay, and a severely entitled guy should most definitely not get away with that, no matter how annoying they are.
