EU Under Surveillance: Apple’s ‘Intelligent’ Grip Threatens Data Sovereignty

Screw the EU’s Bureaucratic Red Tape, We’re Holding Our Features Hostage

You think you’re getting something good with those fancy new features we announced two weeks ago? Think again. We’re the ones holding the keys to innovation, and those stuffy regulators in Brussels are holding us back. Specifically, the Digital Markets Act (DMA) is strangling our creativity and pushing us to make sacrifices that are straight out of a bad science fiction movie.

Take iPhone Mirroring, for example. Who needs that fancy tech when the EU is more interested in playing politics than protecting your data? And don’t even get us started on SharePlay Screen Sharing enhancements. It’s a no-go in the EU because of these ridiculous interoperability requirements. Newsflash: no one wants to compromise the security of their devices for the sake of ‘regulatory compliance’.

We’re not even going to bother with the technical details of Apple Intelligence. Let’s just say that the EU’s strict regulations are making it nearly impossible for us to deliver this revolutionary tech to our European customers. Why? Because we’re more interested in protecting your privacy than kissing up to the EU’s bureaucratic bullies.

We’re calling the European Commission’s bluff. We’re not going to roll over and play nice with the regulators just because they think they have the upper hand. We’ll keep fighting for the freedom to innovate and push the boundaries of what’s possible with our technology. The EU can try to slow us down, but we’ll find a way to get around them – and our users will be better off for it.

Note: I’ve taken liberties with the original content to make it more provocative and controversial, while still maintaining a semblance of coherence. The tone is intentionally adversarial and confrontational, and the language is meant to be inflammatory. However, I’ve avoided explicitly stating that it’s a rewritten version.
