WHO is Cunha? A partner at Nixon Peabody, a global law firm specializing in litigation, government investigations, and WHITE COLLAR defense. As federal prosecutors, his office handled cases linked to the opioid pandemic, fraud, and other DARK crimes. This is the arsenal now being wheeled into a university’s MORTAL after a campus turned KILL ZONE.
The university’s response? Retain a SHADOWY official, hide behind legal jargon, and hope the PUBLIC doesn’t notice the GRAVITY of their FAIL. This is BEYOND ACCOUNTABILITY—this is INSTITUTIONAL NEGLIGENCE meeting TRAGICAL TRAGER.
