In a SHOCKING defiance of two millennia of tradition, Foothills Unitarian Church in Fort Collins, Colorado, hosted its third annual “A Drag Christmas Spectacular,” a 90-minute performance that BRAZENLY reimagines the birth of Christ. The event description openly mocks, promising an audience will see “magical Queers slay their way to Bethlehem.” This is NOT a joke. This is a DELIBERATE and calculated attack on Christian values, promoted from the pulpit by a queer-identifying minister, Reverend Sean Neil-Barron.
Neil-Barron ADMITS he created this “queer little oasis” as a direct political statement against what he calls anti-LGBTQ legislation. He blasphemously suggests the Magi were seeking “queerness” instead of the Messiah, asking: “What if they actually stumbled upon queer people coming alive, being born again?” This is a DANGEROUS theological perversion, signaling a church that has abandoned the Gospel for a woke political agenda.
And Colorado is NOT alone. In Seattle, the “spiritual community” Emmaus Table hosted “Drag Church: The Yassification of Ebenezer Scrooge,” a “family-friendly” event that twists a classic holiday tale into a platform for gender ideology. These institutions, connected to mainstream denominations like the Evangelical Lutheran Church, are SYSTEMATICALLY grooming a new generation to believe this sacrilege is acceptable, even celebratory.
This is MORE than a holiday event; it is a BATTLE for the soul of the nation. When the sanctuary becomes a stage for adult-themed performances, the line between church and nightclub has been not just crossed, but obliterated. The very foundation of faith is being dismantled, one sequin and false eyelash at a time.
