Job candidate notices entitled CEO reposting the same position on a job board during his interview: ‘We were literally still on the call together!’ – FAIL Blog

What this CEO underestimated was his lack of subtlety during the interview. The author immediately noticed that the person with whom he was speaking was looking elsewhere, either down at his phone or on another device. That’s not a hard visual to pick up on in this day and age. Yet somehow, this dude thought he was able to get away with researching other potential candidates during his interview with the author.

However, it gets worse. The author also happened to be the monitor of an online job posting group. While the CEO was conducting this interview, he tried to repost the description for the same position on various job boards, including the same one that the candidate managed. Awkward!
