This is the most FAFO situation I’ve ever seen. A woman was illegally renting out her apartment to people and thought that her ability to get away with a few thousand dollars extra every month was enough to grant her total immunity in this residency. Alas, like all Karen karmic moments, she was met with the swift hand of justice. 

As it turns out, the HOA reporting line works for more than just a Karen’s cellphone, and other residents can make complaints too. That’s why you don’t make enemies where you live.
