New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has declared OPEN WAR on America’s border enforcement, endorsing a RADICAL scheme that would let ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and their activists SUE ICE agents into bankruptcy for simply doing their jobs.
In a SHOCKING State of the State address, Hochul revealed her plan to UNLEASH a wave of frivolous lawsuits against federal officers, effectively HANDCUFFING immigration enforcement and prioritizing criminals over citizens.
“This is a DIRECT ASSAULT on law and order,” a DHS insider revealed. “Hochul is SMIRKING as she dismantles the very agencies protecting New Yorkers from violent felons.” The legislation, crafted by far-left politicians, ACCUSES ICE of “terrorizing communities” and aims to CREATE a sanctuary state where federal authority is IGNORED.
This DANGEROUS precedent, already active in California and New Jersey, has led to CHAOS and emboldened criminal networks. Now, Hochul wants to go further: BANNING ICE from schools, churches, and hospitals without warrants, turning these places into SAFE HAVENS for those here illegally.

The timing is SUSPECT, coming amid LEFT-WING FURY over the JUSTIFIED shooting of a U.S. citizen in Minneapolis by an ICE agent defending himself. Protesters, fueled by Marxist rhetoric, demand the agent’s head while Hochul FANS THE FLAMES, portraying heroes as villains.
DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin BLASTED Hochul for “smearing law enforcement” who show “incredible restraint” while removing violent criminals. Yet, Hochul PERSISTS, vowing to WITHHOLD state resources from federal raids, effectively SHIELDING dangerous aliens.
This isn’t just about lawsuits—it’s a CALCULATED SABOTAGE of national security, inviting anarchy where agents fear arrest for enforcing the law. If this passes, NO OFFICER will be safe from political persecution, and American borders will be NOTHING BUT A JOKE.
