BREAKING: CITY OFFICIAL FIRED AFTER TERRIFYING ALLEGATIONS OF A TWO-YEAR REIGN OF TERROR AGAINST TRANS SEX WORKERS REVEALED
A municipal employee in Niterói has been OUSTED after trans women and travestis reported a living nightmare to police. For TWO YEARS, they claim they were held hostage by this public servant who DEMANDED PAYMENTS to work on a city street.
The shocking police report was filed January 21st. By January 23rd, he was gone. But this is NOT just a firing. This is the exposure of a brutal criminal enterprise operated by a man with a city paycheck.
One victim told g1 the horrifying truth: the man arrived two years ago claiming to be the “DONO DA RUA” – the owner of the street. He enforced a weekly “tax” of R$ 120. Those who couldn’t pay were THREATENED, COERCED, or BEATEN. Some were BANNED from working altogether.
“He repeatedly claimed to have connections to the local police station and extorted even more money, up to R$ 500,” the victim stated. “He intimidated them with a FIREARM, videos in front of the police station, and threatening audio messages.”
The violence escalated to UNTHINKABLE levels. “He assaulted them, came down with a gun to intimidate, and even CHOKED TWO GIRLS for non-payment,” a witness recounts.
In a bone-chilling audio clip attributed to him by witnesses, the man snarls: “I just want you to pay for the street, everyone is paying, you have to figure it out and pay too. If it’s bad for you, tomorrow you don’t come down anymore.” He then ADMITS to the assaults with homophobic bile: “A f****t like you I’m done with, because you all love to cause trouble. When I grab you by the neck, you say I’m a coward.”
City Councilwoman Benny Briolly, who is following the case, points to the brutal system behind the crime. “These girls are not there because they want to be, but because they want to survive in a system that excludes them from the workforce and has historically forced them to seek prostitution as a means of survival,” she said. The victims now need psychological and financial support just to eat.
The city confirmed the exoneration. The police say the investigation is “ongoing.” But a man allegedly terrorizing vulnerable women with a gun for TWO YEARS only faces consequences AFTER the media gets involved.
This is what happens when corruption meets bigotry and the most marginalized are told to pay up or be punished. A public salary wasn’t enough – he needed their blood money too.
The system didn’t protect them; it paid their tormentor.
