It’s never harder to do your job than when a higher-up is breathing down your neck while you’re trying to do it. How is that not obvious to every manager? Micromanaging should always be a fireable offense and we are so happy that the higher management of this retail store also thought so. Perhaps they only cared because the numbers were low and not so much because the employees weren’t happy… Still, the employees got the satisfying karmic outcome they deserved.
