A shocking probe has been launched by MTN Group into CEO Ralph Mupita‘s alleged favouritism towards a female colleague, threatening to destabilise the company’s leadership at the highest level.
The Sunday Times newspaper reported that several executives quit after complaining about Mupita’s alleged bias, giving preferential treatment to a handpicked favourites.
