After being unjustly fired by a nepobaby boss, they chewed on ideas of payback or well-deserved punishments for the boss. As many of us know, it’s unlikely that we’ll ever see a nepo-hired Daddy’s boy suffer any kind of consequences, but this boss was not only delusional but a terrible businessman. Endowing dishonor on his family name, he proceeded to follow through on mass layoffs that would ultimately turn the company on its head, forcing him to sell it for parts and file for bankruptcy. While he may still be failing upwards, this is the kind of stain on a businessman’s reputation that will follow them for the rest of their days.
And we all love to see a nepotism scheme get fulfilled. As it turns out, when you hire someone with zero qualifications and excellent lineage, you’re going to get the kind of employee you hired: An incompetent one with fancy suits.
