
More details are coming out following the death of Peter Greene.
The Pulp Fiction actor was found dead in his Lower East Side apartment in New York City on Friday (December 12) during a wellness check after music was heard playing inside of his apartment for over 24 hours. He was 60-years-old.
Following news of his passing, it is being reported that police discovered Peter lying “face down” with a strange note.
Keep reading to find out more…“Peter was lying on the floor, facedown, facial injury, blood everywhere…” a neighbor described the gruesome scene to New York Daily News.
The outlet also reports that a strange, handwritten note was found on the scene alongside The Mask actor’s body.
“I’m still a Westie,” the note read, allegedly referring to the 1970s Irish-American gang that operated out of Hell’s Kitchen.
However, police told The Post that no foul play was suspected and that Peter‘s cause of death will be determined by a medical examiner.
Peter was scheduled to soon begin filming a new independent thriller movie called Mascots with Mickey Rourke.
Following news of Peter‘s death, his longtime manager Gregg Edwards said that the movie’s director and writer Kerry Mondragón was “very upset.”
