It’s also worth noting that if expectations like these are as unrealistic as the employees believe they are, they can prove their point by demonstrating strength in numbers. If no one is able to meet those expectations, it’s not like this warehouse is in a privileged enough position to fire everyone. They don’t seem to be doing well enough as a business to be able to withstand that kind of massive turnover.
