Interviewing is nerve-racking and frustrating. 

Oftentimes, employers don’t have the same level of urgency as their candidates, and this discrepancy can lead to a lot of disappointment. Especially after four rounds of interviews, cover letter rewrites, and a flurry of unread outbox emails. The whole job application process can get people down pretty quickly, but if you know your worth and refuse to settle for less, the perfect job will show itself eventually.
