Many people take a lot of pride in all the work they put into making the front of their house look beautiful. We’ve all seen how much effort goes into some front yards. There are even those with sentimental feelings towards a specific decoration, whether it’s a gnome gifted to them by their great-grandmother, or a flower bed they planted with a late loved one.
The resident in the story below, for example, planted roses in their front with their mother before she moved to Mexico, so this flower garden is really important to them. When they saw that a neighbor’s daughter kept driving over it when she parked her car, they asked her nicely to be mindful of the flowers.
She, however, did not care at all about the damage she was doing and kept driving over the front yard, no matter what the resident put there to stop her. That was until they turned to the HOA to ask for permission to put spikes in their yard, which the HOA agreed.
