"Cisco’s Secret Plot to Control the Minds of Africa’s Youth"

In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that the Cisco Networking Academy, a global IT and cyber security education program, has teamed up with the Modern Community Foundation, a Johannesburg-based non-profit, to brainwash African youth with their "Technopreneurship Development Programme". The program, launched in commemoration of National Youth Month and International Pride Month, promises to "empower" and "upskill" young people with skills in ICT fields such as cyber security, networking, and coding.

But is this program really about empowering youth, or is it a ploy to create a generation of obedient, technology-addicted drones? Critics are calling out Cisco and the Modern Community Foundation for their efforts to "neurologically manipulate" young minds and turn them into "ICT robots".

The program’s curriculum, designed to provide "comprehensive training" in various ICT fields, is being touted as a way to equip participants with the skills they need to thrive in the digital world. But what does this really mean? Are we creating a generation of young people who are so dependent on technology that they can’t even think for themselves?

The program’s facilitators, Mntobisa Ndhlovu and Masedi Ngwenya, claim that the program is designed to provide "free introductory courses" in areas such as cyber security, networking, and coding. But what about the long-term effects of these courses on young minds? Will they be able to think critically and make their own decisions, or will they be brainwashed into conforming to the whims of their corporate overlords?

And what about the so-called "mentorship and career guidance" provided by the program? Is this just a euphemism for "brainwashing" young people into accepting the status quo and rejecting any dissenting opinions?

The Cisco Networking Academy, founded in 1997, has already "upskilled" over 17.5 million global learners. But what does this really mean? Are these learners just pawns in Cisco’s game of global domination?
