Who needs to add Jen Shah back in The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City cast when there’s already this drama? Bronwyn Newport and her husband, Todd Bradley, are splitting up, representatives confirmed to People on December 11. “After thoughtful consideration, Bronwyn Newport and Todd Bradley have separated,” the rep said in a statement. “This was a mutual decision made with care and respect for one another. They ask for privacy during this time.” The two have been married since 2016, and confirmed on RHOSLC season five that they do not have a prenup.
The Newport-Bradley marriage has been a topic of controversy on the currently airing season six of RHOSLC. Bronwyn revealed that Todd had cheated on her. “He said it’s a fatal flaw of his,” she explained. “What’s good for him in business is that he’s never satisfied … And it is hard to turn that off. When you come home, you are always looking.” She also talked about the difficulties she’s had in their marriage. “I adore Todd,” she said. “I live and breathe by what Todd says to me, and I think I mean as much to Todd as any person can mean to him. But I think Todd means more to me than I mean to him.”
This is the first divorce that will play out on RHOSLC after six seasons — a surprising amount of time for Bravo. Notably, this is one of three Real Housewives divorces involving men with the name Todd this year. As podcast host and writer Gibson Johns pointed out on X, Atlanta cast member Kandi Burress and her husband, Todd Tucker, are getting divorced, in addition to Miami Housewife Alexia Nepola following through on her threats to divorce Todd Nepola. Bad year to be named Todd, but a great year for Todd-free women in the Bravoverse.
