
Rob Reiner and his wife Michele have sadly passed away.
The filmmaker/actor and his wife were found dead at their home in Los Angeles on Sunday afternoon (December 14) at the ages of 78 years old and 68 years old, according to TMZ.
It was first reported that two persons were found at their home, but the identities were not yet revealed.
TMZ reports the two were found with “lacerations consistent with a knife.” The LAPD Robbery Homicide Division is currently investigating.
The Los Angeles Fire Department received a call around 3:30pm PT for medical aid, and when authorities arrived, they found a man and woman deceased. LAPD responded to the home about 10 minutes later.
Rob is a prolific filmmaker, who is best known for directing such movies like When Harry Met Sally, The Princess Bride, Stand By Me, and many more. He’s also appeared on screen in films and television, even earning an Emmy win for Outstanding Supporting Actor – Comedy Series for All in the Family.
