More devastating news has been reported about The Princess Bride director Rob Reiner‘s death.
If you did not see the news, the 78-year-old actor/director and his 68-year-old wife Michele were allegedly murdered by their adult child Nick. Michele and Rob shared two other kids, Romy and Jake.

Now, People is reporting that Romy is the one that found them deceased.
In the past, Nick was open up about his issues with substance abuse, which started when he was a teenager. He checked into rehab for the first time around his 15th birthday, and by 2016, had been in and out of rehabilitation facilities more than a dozen times.
Nick was last in rehab when he was 19 years old, and since worked on writing, even co-penning the 2015 film Being Charlie, which was directed by Rob, and loosely based on his own substance abuse struggles.
Our thoughts are with Romy and Jake Reiner, as well as all of their loved ones during this difficult time.
