A COALITION of 19 Democrat-led states and Washington D.C. has launched a SHOCKING legal assault on the Trump administration’s life-saving efforts to protect children from experimental gender procedures. The lawsuit, spearheaded by New York’s radical Attorney General Letitia James, is a desperate attempt to FORCE doctors to continue what HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has rightly labeled the “chemical and surgical mutilation” of minors.
Last week, HHS issued a groundbreaking declaration branding puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and irreversible surgeries on children as UNSAFE and INEFFECTIVE. The policy warns that physicians who perform these acts on minors could be BARRED from Medicare and Medicaid—a move that has sent the gender industry into a panic. This is not mere politics; this is a WAR for the bodies and futures of America’s most vulnerable children.
The lawsuit, filed in a friendly Oregon court, brazenly argues that Kennedy cannot “unilaterally change medical standards.” But this is a LIE. The declaration is based on a peer-reviewed, gold-standard federal report that exposes the horrifying truth: children are being subjected to life-altering, sterilizing treatments based on junk science and activist dogma. The report concludes that psychotherapy, not hormones and scalpels, should be the first line of treatment.
Yet, these Democrat states are IGNORING the science and siding with a predatory medical complex that profits from the lifelong medicalization of confused kids. They are fighting to keep the pipeline of permanent patients OPEN, even as major hospitals, fearing legal repercussions, are finally backing away from these barbaric practices.
Behind the legal jargon and progressive platitudes lies a terrifying reality: a powerful political bloc is willing to sacrifice children on the altar of gender ideology. They are suing to stop the federal government from protecting kids. They are demanding the “right” to sterilize and mutilate. Where does it end? The very soul of our nation is at stake in this battle between protection and predation. The question every parent must ask is: who really owns your child’s body—you, or the state?
