BLOOD MONEY: New York’s $416 Million Camera Cover-Up After Prison Guards BEAT Inmates to Death in “Healing” Infirmaries.
A still image from body camera video of the beating of Robert Brooks in an infirmary at Marcy Correctional Facility in Marcy, New York, in 2024. Corrections officers during the attack were unaware that body cameras were recording.

GOVERNOR KATHY HOCHUL is pouring $416 million into prison cameras—a SHAMELESS attempt to whitewash a state-sanctioned MURDER SPREE after guards BEAT two men to death in medical wards. This isn’t reform; it’s a COVER-UP in high definition.
INFIRMARIES, meant for healing, have become TORTURE CHAMBERS where corrections officers unleash BRUTAL violence with impunity. Sean Chung, a former janitor at Marcy, scrubbed BLOOD and feces off walls after routine assaults. “Infirmaries are the home base for assaults,” he revealed—a HARROWING testament to the DEPRAVITY festering behind bars.
The video of Robert Brooks’s SAVAGE beating exposed the tip of the iceberg. Just weeks later, guards MURDERED Messiah Nantwi at Mid-State prison, allegedly with cameras OFF. Hochul’s response? Throw money at surveillance while GUTTING independent oversight. The correctional officers’ union OUTRAGEOUSLY claims these tragedies are “isolated,” but investigations prove SYSTEMIC abuse, cover-ups, and killers in uniform routinely reinstated.
This camera initiative is a PERVERTED distraction from the root evil: a prison system that BREEDS violence and PROTECTS perpetrators. With the governor now solely controlling a neutered oversight commission, accountability is DEAD. The cameras will roll, capturing images but never justice—because the state’s real goal is to WATCH the atrocities, not stop them.
How many more must DIE before we admit prisons are execution grounds? The lens is focused, but the truth remains buried in unmarked graves.
