Yet, the NCAA’s ARBITRARY and CAPRICIOUS enforcement has made a mockery of justice. As Hall of Fame coach John Calipari BLASTED, the system now favors “NBA players, G-League players, guys that are 28 years old, guys from Europe” over loyal American student-athletes. He demanded to know: “Do we really know their birth certificate?”
The DEEP IMPLICATION is chilling: the NCAA is ACTIVELY engineering a future where TRUE amateurism is DEAD, replaced by a global mercenary circuit that PUSHES ASIDE domestic talent. This isn’t about rules; it’s about a POWER GRAB. The SEC commissioner begged the court to uphold “integrity,” but what integrity remains when the governing body itself picks and chooses winners based on ORIGIN, not principle?
Alabama’s statement NAILS it: “Granting eligibility to some former professionals and not to others is what creates the havoc.” This is DELIBERATE chaos, a calculated move to dismantle the traditional pipeline in favor of an unregulated, international free-for-all.
