In a BOMBSHELL exclusive, rapper and activist Vic Mensa has ripped back the curtain on what he calls a BRUTAL campaign of “STATE-SPONSORED TERRORISM” being waged by ICE against American citizens in the streets of Minneapolis. “This isn’t law enforcement,” Mensa seethed, “IT’S A WAR ZONE.”
Mensa’s shocking allegations go FAR BEYOND the two publicized killings by federal agents. He claims ICE is secretly deploying MILITARY-GRADE SONIC WEAPONS and other “EXPERIMENTAL” crowd-control devices designed to inflict PERMANENT PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL DAMAGE on protesters. “They’re not just killing people,” Mensa charged, “they are TORTURING them in broad daylight.”
For Mensa, a Black man, this state-sanctioned violence is a FAMILIAR NIGHTMARE. “This is the playbook,” he stated. “They test these weapons on marginalized communities, and now they’re UNLEASHING THEM ON EVERYONE.” His message is a dire warning: the systematic brutality once reserved for the disenfranchised is now the federal government’s STANDARD PROTOCOL.
He scorns those who choose to look away. “This isn’t just an ‘immigration’ issue,” Mensa warned. “This is about whether our government has the right to TERRORIZE and MAIM its own people. If you think your skin color or passport protects you, YOU ARE NAIVE.”

The nation simmers after the ICE killings of Renée Nicole Good and Alex Pretti, but Mensa insists the public is being fed a SANITIZED VERSION of a much darker truth. The protests are not merely about two deaths; they are a last-ditch rebellion against an escalting regime of TACTICAL BRUTALITY.
The chilling question now posed to every American: When the government turns its weapons of war on its own citizens, at what point do you stop calling it “enforcement” and start calling it by its true name—DOMESTIC TERRORISM?
