We love it when a hardworking employee and incompetent supervisor both get what they deserve. In this case, the hardworking employee got a promotion, a raise, and payback on her supervisor. The entitled supervisor is now below her in the company chain and making much less. Not to mention her ego is completely scared! 

That’s simply the consequences of her actions. Hopefully, this entitled supervisor has learned a lesson and will now treat the employees on her team with more respect and kindness. Or else she’ll end up losing the leadership title altogether… Yet, according to this employee, it sounds like she shouldn’t be in a leadership position at all.
