50-year-old boyfriend goes below the bare minimum and regifts a present from his mother to his same-aged girlfriend for Christmas, she kicks him out: ‘I never felt so cheap in my life.’ – FAIL Blog

This is where things when south. She noticed he didn’t wrap his present, it was still in the box it was mailed in, but again, she didn’t mind. When she opened it, however, she was shocked. 

It turns out he gifted her the gifts his mother had already given her when they went to visit her abroad earlier that year. She couldn’t fit all the gifts in her luggage so had to leave those items. She knows they were going to be mailed to her eventually. She didn’t know that her boyfriend was going to use it to beat the bare minimum this Christmas season…

She kept her cool while she hosted, but the second the last friend left, she let her boyfriend have it. She kicked him out and that was that for the holiday. She feels bad, because it’s the holiday season. But then she remembers the effort he’s putting in to for her, and she remembers that she deserves better. 

Turns out even at 50-years-old you still have to fight for your dignity in a relationship… At least she addressed it immediately!
