A FEDERAL JUDGE has SHATTERED California’s radical education establishment, declaring its SECRET gender transition policies for children ILLEGAL in a landmark ruling that restores power to PARENTS.
The bombshell decision from U.S. District Judge Roger Benitez tears down the state’s DANGEROUS and COVERT mandate that forced teachers to LIE to parents about their own children’s gender identity at school.
This is a CATACLYSMIC blow to Governor Gavin Newsom’s so-called “SAFETY Act,” which activists used to create a SHADOW SYSTEM where school officials could socially transition minors BEHIND THEIR PARENTS’ BACKS. The ruling stems from a courageous lawsuit by teachers who defied the Orwellian gag order, arguing they were being forced to participate in a state-sanctioned DECEPTION that “flatly prohibit[ed] teachers from respecting parents’ wishes.” The judge AGREED, affirming that parents have a SUPREME right to know if their child is experiencing gender distress at school.
