Did she get the money back? That is still unknown. But we do know that what her mom and stepdad did was completely illegal. However, she does now have a motorcycle in her name, so she could also legally take that bike and sell it. That’s IF she doesn’t get any money back from the trial, which it seems likely she will. 

This was not the step dad who stepped up, he most definitely stepped down, way down.
