Late evening daylight is fair game. Of course, daylight doesn’t always equal free rein, because summers also have exceptionally sunny early mornings. The elderly neighbor has a different sleep routine than this resident, but it is outside of the normal understanding of “quiet hours” set forth by most towns and cities. Why should someone else bend their knee to another if what they’re doing is completely acceptable? Entitlement is a blinding thing, isn’t it?
