That was the question that this employee was trying to answer before she lost it at the one painfully lazy member of her team. Unfortunately, the employee might not have responded with the level of collected calm that she might have hoped for, but it seems that her coworker was asking for trouble.

People who have developed a personality where they cannot take full responsibility for their actions or for the consequences of those actions need to learn. The only way for them to do that is to call them out and to refuse to indulge their “world revolves around me” mentality.
