Companies have this incredible talent for ignoring problems for years and then suddenly discovering solutions the second someone stops caring about the outcome. You spend forever raising concerns, sending reports, asking for basic resources. Nothing happens. Silence. Maybe a “great insights, thanks” and then everyone moves on like you said nothing at all.
