Nobody’s mad that a mistake happened. People get mad when the company that caused the mistake acts like fixing it is a scheduling inconvenience, not a five minute wire transfer.
At the end of the day, a company that can debit you on autopilot has zero excuse pretending a refund needs a passport, a visa, and thirty business days to clear customs.
