No doubt, hearing how excited your partner is about your future together is truly flattering, something most people wish for. But is there a point in your relationship that is too early to allow for them to start asking you to make sacrifices? Totally. And even more so when neither of you knows what the future holds…after all, there’s no ring on it! 

He should not only be “excited” for their future…but equally excited for this amazing opportunity she has received! And if they’re still together one day, madly in love and going strong, then he can invest in their home 50/50, or she can sell and help him purchase a new home for them both. There are always going to be options: It just depends on whether or not you choose to decide them for yourself!
