What’s particularly amusing about this review is the fabrication of employment benefits. How could this guy have the hubris to fully make up details of the benefit packages his employees receive without having this get back to him in some way? Shouldn’t he have considered the fact that current employees at the company might come across these reviews and ask what these “unexpected” days off and incredible PTO offerings are all about?
Once again, this is the way of narcissists in positions of authority. There is no imagining what might happen if things don’t go their way because in their minds, they will get exactly what they want. Whereas an ordinary person might come across negative reviews and consider how they might be able to improve conditions for employees at their company, a narcissist will instead opt to create their own reality where everything is just peachy for all involved.
