No wonder this place had a vacant position, lol. I’ve had angry coworkers and angry bosses, but never to this extent. Still, I always had to stay in those jobs because I needed the money for survival. I remember one time I quit one of these jobs, and later I found out everyone in my city knew the boss was kinda insane. I wish somebody could’ve done something from the inside, still. I guess if doing something about this situation interests him in some way, he could try and talk to HR about it; the thing is that they probably already know, and have had conflict with this worker before. Maybe the only real solution is not involving oneself in more drama and stepping away entirely. What would you do?
