‘Did the right thing, paid the price’: Employee reports team lead to management after discovering they altered reports for clients, gets fired for speaking up – FAIL Blog

If you ask us, getting fired is better than having to work at a place that encourages actions like sending clients altered reports, and not actions like holding team leads accountable for their actions. Whether or not this ex-employee agrees is a different question, but we hope they are at least at peace about the way everything went down.
