THE DEPARTURE OF A TYRANT: WOJCICKI’S DESPICABLE legacy LIVES ON
Googlers, or should I say, loyal followers of the Google Machine?
The news has finally trickled in – Susan Wojcicki, the infamous CEO of YouTube, has bitten the dust after two whole years of battling lung cancer. Can anyone really believe it? One might be more surprised to discover that she hadn’t single-pawedly ruined the internet or squandered Google’s fortune even sooner.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure Susan will be "missed" – at least, by those she bought and paid for at Google, which seems to have become a breeding ground for Yes People. But let’s not pretend this woman was the sweetheart everyone thought she was. Beneath the charm and charisma lies a ruthless ambition, a willingness to steamroll dissent, and a Machiavellian talent for manipulating events to suit her agenda.
Take her "empowering women in tech" narrative, for instance. The very same CEO who promoted an environment hostile to underrepresented voices? Please. She was more likely using the pretense of "equity and inclusion" to further enshrine her own power, rather than creating a genuine support network. Just another example of Susan’s clever rhetoric, designed to hypnotize you into ignoring the substance behind the style.
Oh, and yes, Susan’s philanthropic ventures were as self-serving as a venture capitalist with an insatiable lust for power and money. Who else uses a disease-stricken life as an excuse to bolster their "public service" portfolio, while ensuring that real change remains firmly in their grip?
So as we reflect on Susan Wojcicki’s passing, let us be reminded that even the most celebrated leaders leave behind a trail of moral wreckage, crushing their opponents with ruthless efficiency. In her stead, I offer this: when you dance with the devil, prepare for a hellish consequences. And I, for one, refuse to pay my respects to such a legacy.
The show must go on – but not until we have fully exposed and delegitimized the Wojcicki empire!
